Get a Corn Stove

You can find several resources and links to learn more about different kinds of corn stoves and where buy them.

A Couple Popular Corn Stoves/Manufacturers:
There are many options for style, size, price, features.  You can find more corn stoves, too!  There are many "pellet" stoves that may be sold to burn corn, but be careful.  They will probably function less well than stoves designed specifically to burn corn.
NOTE: Listing stoves does not constitute an endorsement or evaluation of the products.

At least one of our members has a stove in this list, mostly the medium-sized freestanding or insert models.

American Energy Systems AKA MAGNUM - Countryside Freestanding, Insert, Baby, Winchester and furnaces (with and without stirrers, and/or automatic starters)

Harman Stove Company - Harman PC 45 - "sidewinder" burn pot, integrated feed auger and stirring mechanism

Bixby - the "Cadillac of corn stoves", more expensive, but more advanced features (and a detailed "Bixby fan site"??)

Amaizablaze - many options, including furnace option for forced hot air ducts (great videos that give a good feel for using a stove)

St Croix - many options, including furnace option for forced hot air ducts

None of our members have any of these stoves:

A-Maize-ing Heat - boiler version for hydronic (radiator and radiant floor) systems

Light My Fire (LMF) Manufacturing - America's Heat stoves - boiler and furnace options.

A Couple DC-area Corn Stove Dealers:
They may have a showroom, various models to show/demonstrate, and provide delivery and/or installation services.  Call before you visit. They may have limited hours or limited stock available to show.
You can also search for dealers via the manufacturers' websites.
